On two occasions, Your Plumber responded to my emergency calls in record time. They do great work and are extremely easy to deal with. They call you back when they say they will and show up on time! I highly recommend this company and will certainly use them for any future plumbing needs!

Called Your Plumber and Sons late on Monday and they had a tech out to me first thing on Tuesday. They were able to quickly do the repair and even did an inspection on the rest of the toilets as a last minute ask from me. They explain everything to me in detail and patience. They were very personable and professional and I will be hiring them again for other plumbing needs.

Brad came this morning to repair a leaking sink. He assessed the issue and explained to me what was needed to repair it. He made the repair and I'm happy with their service. I would recommend them to my friends.

We had a water stain appear on our ceiling and called YP&Ss to come out and do a leak detection / assessment. Anthony had an appointment before me that ran long, but he called to let me know a slightly later window in which he would arrive. He was on time and professional, but most importantly - knowledgeable. Everything he had to do, and why he had to do it, was thoroughly explained to me (and gladly re-explained for my wife later), so there were no surprises. When he finished his assessment, I asked him about another issue I was having - without hesitation he grabbed some other equipment from his truck and assessed what was happening with my PRV and it's impact on the expansion tank on our water heater. He had an appointment after us, but it was quick and easy to schedule a follow up the next morning. On the second day, it was the same - punctual, professional, high quality work, and when everything was complete, a good demonstration of the repairs.

Last night our dishwasher broke. Water was pouring out of it like crazy flooding our kitchen and seeping down to our neighbor. We turned the machine off and it was still gushing out. We could not get the water from pouring out and it just kept coming. We called Your plumber and sons and they stayed on the phone with us even though I was in a panic and my husband and kids were screaming trying to put towels downs and scoop the water up as fast as they could. He instructed me on how to turn off the water both under the sink and then when that didnt work he walked me through how to turn off the main valve. I was in a panic and crying and he calmed me down and helped me get the water off. Was super nice and just great all around. Without his help I know this could of been so much worse. So if you need someone with level heads who can help you when in need then definitely call these guys!!!

Worst plumbers ever! Only guaranteed their work for 48 hrs because they do not get the job done properly. Bad experience all around.

We take tremendous pride in our service and place immense value on our customers experience. We serviced your sink given it was clogged with grease and other materials. A garbage disposal is not intended to be used like a trashcan. As we discussed on the first call, there are many items that cannot be put down a garbage disposal without causing damage or severe clogs.The callback was not due to any of anything related to the work we performed to clear your clogged sink. It was due to more grease and rice being put into the disposal to the point of it getting clogged again. That is not a warranted item given we have no control over what people will put in their garbage disposal.
